We have zero tolerance for corruption and bribery, actively combat the grey economy and avoid conflicts of interest. We provide our employees with guidelines on hospitality and anti-bribery. No one at Metropolitan Area Transport may offer, give, request, accept any gifts, payments, service or hospitality that may influence decision-making or exceed customary and reasonable limits.
Transparent decision-making ensures that we treat our partners and stakeholders equally. We take our responsibility principles into account when making procurements and require our partners to do the same.
Have you noticed a concern?
We are committed to operating transparently and in accordance with our sustainability principles. An open culture is important to us, and we want to systematically monitor the implementation of our ethical principles in our daily operations. We therefore encourage you to report any suspected misconduct or breaches of our responsibility principles through our whistleblowing channel, where reports can also be submitted anonymously. We process reports as soon as possible, but at least within three months. We address any potential misconduct without delay. Submitting a report will not result in any negative consequences for the reporting party.
