We operate the tramway and provide the metro operations as a service. We are responsible for running the trams, the metro and the Suomenlinna ferries, as well as for the construction and maintenance of tracks and stations.

Any feedback concerning the planning, timetables and passenger information of public transport should be addressed to the Helsinki Region Transport Authority (HSL).
